Farmers Protest Outside Minister's Office in Hoshiarpur

Farmers under the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha launched a five-day sit-in outside the office of Punjab Cabinet Minister Ravjot Singh in Hoshiarpur on Monday. Their 12-point charter of demands includes loan waivers and withdrawal of cases against agitators. Protesters also raised concerns about power cuts affecting irrigation and coal shortages. They are demanding MSP for various crops and effective policies for floods and pollution. The group warned of further agitation if talks are not held.

होशियारपुर में मंत्री कार्यालय के बाहर किसानों का प्रदर्शन

किसान मजदूर मोर्चा के किसानों ने सोमवार को होशियारपुर में पंजाब के कैबिनेट मंत्री रवजोत सिंह के दफ्तर के बाहर पांच दिन का धरना शुरू किया। उनकी 12 सूत्रीय मांगों में कर्ज माफी और आंदोलनकारियों पर लगे केस वापस लेना शामिल है। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने बिजली कटौती से सिंचाई पर असर और कोयले की कमी पर भी चिंता जताई। वे फसलों के लिए MSP और बाढ़ व प्रदूषण के लिए प्रभावी नीतियों की मांग कर रहे हैं।
