FSSAI Suspends Rohini Food Firm Licence Over Serious Violations Including Fungus and Cockroaches

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has suspended the food business licence of Delhi-based Seven Seas Hospitality in Rohini due to severe non-compliance with food safety norms. Inspections revealed a filthy kitchen with fungus, cockroaches, and house flies, alongside poor hygiene, inadequate housekeeping, and deteriorated food materials. The company achieved a compliance score of only 30%. FSSAI also noted deficiencies in pest control, sanitation, and record maintenance, destroying 74 kg/litres of non-compliant food articles. The firm is directed to cease all food business activities immediately.

दिल्ली के रोहिणी में स्थित Seven Seas Hospitality का फूड बिजनेस लाइसेंस FSSAI ने रद्द कर दिया है। कंपनी फूड सेफ्टी नियमों का पालन नहीं कर रही थी। जांच में किचन में फंगस, कॉकरोच और मक्खियां मिलीं। साफ-सफाई का भी बुरा हाल था और खाने-पीने का सामान भी खराब हो चुका था। कंपनी का कंप्लायंस स्कोर सिर्फ 30% था। FSSAI ने पेस्ट कंट्रोल, सैनिटेशन और रिकॉर्ड रखने में भी खामियां पाईं। 74 किलो/लीटर खराब खाना नष्ट किया गया। कंपनी को तुरंत सभी फूड बिजनेस एक्टिविटीज बंद करने का आदेश दिया गया है।
