ED Seeks Daily Trial, Personal Appearance of All Accused in Jagan Mohan Reddy Cases

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has asked the Telangana High Court to expedite daily hearings and ensure the personal appearance of all accused in nine money laundering cases against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. The agency filed a writ petition on September 23, 2026, stating that proceedings have been pending for nearly a decade without reasonable progress. The ED seeks to expedite hearings on discharge petitions and prosecution complaints under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
