A Delhi court has declared Siddharth Khera an absconder in the alleged ₹400 crore Seagull Maritime Agencies Pvt Ltd fraud case. The court directed the police to book him after he failed to appear for proceedings. This development follows a Supreme Court order from September 2025, which permitted investigators to explore diplomatic channels for Khera's deportation. The Economic Offences Wing registered an FIR in January 2022, alleging Khera and his father diverted company payments. Khera is believed to be living in the United States.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने कथित ₹400 करोड़ की सीगल मैरीटाइम एजेंसीज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड धोखाधड़ी मामले में सिद्धार्थ खेरा को भगोड़ा घोषित कर दिया है। अदालत ने पुलिस को निर्देश दिया कि वह पेश न होने पर उन्हें बुक करे। यह घटनाक्रम सितंबर 2025 के सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक आदेश के बाद आया है, जिसमें जांचकर्ताओं को खेरा के प्रत्यर्पण के लिए राजनयिक माध्यमों का पता लगाने की अनुमति दी गई थी। इकोनॉमिक ऑफेंसेस विंग ने जनवरी 2022 में एक एफआईआर दर्ज की थी, जिसमें खेरा और उनके पिता पर कंपनी के भुगतानों को डायवर्ट करने का आरोप लगाया गया था। माना जाता है कि खेरा संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका में रह रहे हैं।
