Jamia Millia Islamia will resume offline classes on November 10, following the end of an 18-day student protest. The university has also announced that second mid-term examinations will be conducted offline from November 16 to 21. This decision comes after a prolonged standoff regarding the restoration of the Jamia Millia Islamia Students' Union (JMISU). The university administration engaged in dialogue with students, leading to a resolution. Teaching and non-teaching staff expressed gratitude for resolving the long-standing issue of student union elections.
