A woman in Bareilly was allegedly assaulted and thrown from a rooftop by her husband, a quack doctor, and seven other family members. The woman's father filed an FIR, accusing the husband of administering poisonous injections and drugs. The assault reportedly left her with a broken leg. She also alleged that her hair was cut and she was confined to a room.
