Chetan Prakash Garg will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) starting September 29, 2026. This appointment follows the resignation of Ankit Aggarwal from the interim CFO position, effective at the close of business on September 28, 2026. Aggarwal will continue with the company as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
