China, India Ready to Partner Russia Icebreaker Fleet

China and India are reportedly ready to partner with Russia in building a fleet of merchant icebreakers. Presidential Aide Igor Levitin stated that both nations have proposed cooperation on this project. The plan includes subsequent localization of production within Russia. This collaboration could significantly boost Russia's Arctic capabilities and maritime trade routes, potentially involving substantial investment and technological exchange between the three countries.

चीन और भारत, रूस के साथ मिलकर मर्चेंट आइसब्रेकर (जहाज) बनाने के लिए तैयार बताए जा रहे हैं। राष्ट्रपति के सहायक इगोर लेवितिन ने कहा कि दोनों देशों ने इस प्रोजेक्ट में साथ काम करने का प्रस्ताव दिया है। इस योजना में बाद में रूस में ही उत्पादन शुरू करना भी शामिल है। यह साझेदारी रूस की आर्कटिक क्षमता और समुद्री व्यापार मार्गों को काफी बढ़ा सकती है, जिसमें तीनों देशों के बीच बड़ा निवेश और तकनीक का आदान-प्रदान हो सकता है।
