Granules India is set to invest approximately ₹2,000 crore over the next three to four years to enhance its pharmaceutical business. The investment will focus on complex generics, oncology, peptide contract development and manufacturing (CDMO), and expanding global market access. This strategic move aims to build a more differentiated, higher-margin business, shifting from volume-led generics to higher-value products. The company aims to leverage its established vertically integrated business as a cash-generating base for this expansion, entering a new growth cycle after nearly three years of flat performance.

ग्रेन्युल्स इंडिया अपने फार्मास्युटिकल बिजनेस को बढ़ाने के लिए अगले तीन से चार सालों में लगभग ₹2,000 करोड़ का निवेश करने जा रही है। यह निवेश कॉम्प्लेक्स जेनेरिक्स, ऑन्कोलॉजी, पेप्टाइड कॉन्ट्रैक्ट डेवलपमेंट एंड मैन्युफैक्चरिंग (CDMO) पर केंद्रित होगा और वैश्विक बाजार पहुंच का विस्तार करेगा। इस रणनीतिक कदम का उद्देश्य वॉल्यूम-आधारित जेनेरिक्स से उच्च-मूल्य वाले उत्पादों की ओर बढ़कर एक अधिक विभेदित, उच्च-मार्जिन वाला व्यवसाय बनाना है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य इस विस्तार के लिए एक कैश-जनरेटिंग बेस के रूप में अपने स्थापित वर्टिकली इंटीग्रेटेड बिजनेस का लाभ उठाना है, जो लगभग तीन साल के सपाट प्रदर्शन के बाद एक नए विकास चक्र में प्रवेश करेगा।
