Govt Proposes Sweeping Changes To Anti-Cheating Law

The government has proposed significant amendments to the anti-cheating law for public examinations. Investigations into unfair means will now be completed within two months. The Central Government can establish special fast-track courts for these cases. Trials in these courts must be conducted daily and concluded within three months of filing the chargesheet.

सरकार ने परीक्षा नकल विरोधी कानून में बड़े बदलाव का प्रस्ताव दिया

सरकार ने सरकारी परीक्षाओं में नकल रोकने वाले कानून में बड़े बदलाव का प्रस्ताव दिया है। अब नकल के मामलों की जांच दो महीने में पूरी होगी। केंद्र सरकार ऐसे मामलों के लिए स्पेशल फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट बना सकती है। इन अदालतों में रोज़ाना सुनवाई होगी और चार्जशीट दाखिल होने के तीन महीने के अंदर फैसला आ जाएगा।
