An Australian tourist, Billy Aspinall, has been deported from Bali and banned from Indonesia for a decade. The 27-year-old was allegedly caught on CCTV engaging in a public sex act outside a property in North Kuta on August 22. Immigration officials arrested him at the airport on August 25 as he attempted to fly home. He spent two weeks in detention before his deportation. The incident sparked anger among locals and prompted a cleansing ceremony.
