The US Supreme Court has allowed the Trump administration to resume deporting migrants to countries other than their own. This decision overrides a lower court ruling that had deemed the policy unlawful. The administration can now expel migrants without offering them a chance to demonstrate potential harm. Over 25,000 migrants have already been deported under this policy, primarily to Mexico. The court will hear further arguments in December.
