CBI Clears Senior Officials In Coaching Centre Deaths

The CBI has submitted a supplementary report in the 2024 coaching centre deaths case, ruling out criminal negligence by senior officials. However, the report identified negligence by two additional Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) officials in the basement fire incident. No chargesheet has been filed against any senior officers, bringing a close to the investigation concerning their roles in the tragic event that claimed lives.

सीबीआई ने 2024 कोचिंग सेंटर मौत मामले में एक सप्लीमेंट्री रिपोर्ट सौंपी है। इसमें सीनियर अधिकारियों की तरफ से कोई आपराधिक लापरवाही नहीं पाई गई है। हालांकि, बेसमेंट में आग लगने की घटना में दो अतिरिक्त एमसीडी (MCD) अधिकारियों की लापरवाही सामने आई है। किसी भी सीनियर अधिकारी के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल नहीं की गई है, जिससे उनकी भूमिका की जांच फिलहाल बंद हो गई है।
