Motilal Oswal Custodial Services, a subsidiary of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, has secured a licence from SEBI to operate as a Custodian of Securities. This licence permits the company to provide crucial services such as safekeeping of securities, trade settlement, and regulatory reporting. The services will be available to institutional clients, including alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, mutual funds, insurance companies, and pension funds.
