Nearly 1,500 Drones Targeted Moscow Region

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported that nearly 1,500 drones targeted the Moscow Region between August 22 and August 30. Most of these aerial threats were neutralized by air defense systems before reaching their targets. The mayor stated that the drones were intercepted at a distance, indicating the effectiveness of the defense measures in protecting the capital.

मॉस्को के मेयर सर्गेई सोबयानिन ने बताया कि 22 से 30 अगस्त के बीच मॉस्को क्षेत्र पर लगभग 1,500 ड्रोन से हमला किया गया था। इनमें से ज़्यादातर को हवा में ही, अपने लक्ष्य तक पहुँचने से पहले ही एयर डिफेन्स सिस्टम ने निष्क्रिय कर दिया। मेयर ने कहा कि ड्रोन को दूर से ही रोक दिया गया, जिससे राजधानी की सुरक्षा के लिए रक्षा उपायों की प्रभावशीलता का पता चलता है।
