Kharge to Raise SIR, Delimitation, Women's Reservation Concerns With PM Modi

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge announced he will explain the opposition's concerns regarding the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, delimitation, and women's reservation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 21. Kharge stated he has personally written to the Prime Minister about these issues, including the potential harm from the SIR and the implications of the delimitation exercise. He also questioned the government's delay in implementing women's reservation. Earlier, Kharge had urged an all-party meeting to discuss delimitation proposals before they are presented to Parliament.
