Nexus Select Trust reported an 8% year-on-year increase in net operating income (NOI) to Rs 504 crore for the second quarter of 2026-27. Consumption across its retail assets grew 13% to Rs 3,909 crore, demonstrating portfolio resilience despite a shifted festive season. The REIT declared an 8% higher distribution of Rs 359 crore, maintaining a 100% payout for 13 consecutive quarters. The company also re-leased significant space at higher spreads and is expanding its portfolio with new acquisitions, including a project in Guwahati.
