ED has requested the Mohali SSP to file an FIR against the PCA concerning alleged financial irregularities in land deals worth approximately ₹78 crore. The ED's investigation revealed that the PCA purchased land in Ajnala and Bathinda for ₹77.99 crore from two private companies. These companies had acquired the same land just three to six months prior for only ₹6.92 crore, selling it to the PCA at about 15.4 times the original price.

ईडी ने मोहाली के एसएसपी से पंजाब क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (PCA) के खिलाफ लगभग ₹78 करोड़ के जमीन सौदों में कथित वित्तीय अनियमितताओं के संबंध में एफआईआर दर्ज करने का अनुरोध किया है। ईडी की जांच में पता चला कि पीसीए ने दो निजी कंपनियों से ₹77.99 करोड़ में अजनाला और बठिंडा में जमीन खरीदी थी। इन कंपनियों ने वही जमीन तीन से छह महीने पहले सिर्फ ₹6.92 करोड़ में खरीदी थी और पीसीए को मूल कीमत से लगभग 15.4 गुना ज्यादा पर बेची थी।
