Loan Greed: Acquaintance Kills Teacher and Son in Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh police have solved the double murder of teacher Rajni Bareth and her son Sujal Bareth in Surajpur district. The accused, Pravesh Kumar, allegedly killed Rajni to obtain a loan of approximately 19 lakh rupees and then murdered her son to conceal his crime. Pravesh, who knew Rajni through her husband, was reportedly in debt and learned about the upcoming loan. He attempted to destroy evidence and mislead the police but was apprehended using CCTV footage and technical evidence. The investigation revealed the motive was financial gain from the loan.

छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस ने सूरजपुर जिले में शिक्षिका रजनी बार्थ और उनके बेटे सुजल बार्थ के दोहरे हत्याकांड का खुलासा कर दिया है। आरोपी प्रवेश कुमार पर कथित तौर पर करीब 19 लाख रुपये का कर्ज़ लेने के लिए रजनी की हत्या करने और फिर अपने अपराध को छिपाने के लिए उसके बेटे की हत्या करने का आरोप है। रजनी के पति के माध्यम से उसे जानने वाले प्रवेश, कथित तौर पर कर्ज में डूबा हुआ था और आने वाले कर्ज के बारे में उसे पता चला था। उसने सबूत नष्ट करने और पुलिस को गुमराह करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन सीसीटीवी फुटेज और तकनीकी सबूतों का इस्तेमाल कर उसे पकड़ लिया गया।
