Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine purchased Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's former Los Angeles estate in 2018 for USD 31.95 million. The 3-acre property, previously owned by Hollywood legends like Gregory Peck, underwent a significant redesign by Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, transforming it into a minimalist sanctuary. The couple later sold the extensively renovated 9,000-square-foot residence in 2022 for USD 51 million. This sale marked a substantial profit of approximately USD 19.05 million for Levine over a 3.5-year period.
