Hollywood star Michael Douglas purchased his 159-year-old Spanish estate, S’Estaca, in Mallorca for $3.5 million in 1990. The 190-acre property, which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, dates back to 1867 and was developed by Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria. Douglas has invested approximately $7 million in renovations, blending historic architecture with modern comforts. The estate includes five apartments, two cottages, a wine cellar, swimming pool, and home cinema, offering privacy and a connection with nature.
