Women in Thane, Maharashtra, protested at Kopri police station against a man known as 'YouTube Bhai', Siddhesh Abhang, accusing him of harassment and demanding ₹500 from them. During the protest, some women allegedly assaulted Abhang, who was present at the station. The women also claimed Abhang used photos with politicians to influence people and demanded money. They stated that previous complaints about alleged theft, extortion, and assault had not led to sufficient action, prompting their protest. Police are investigating the allegations and the assault.

महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे में महिलाओं ने कोपरी पुलिस स्टेशन में 'यूट्यूब भाई' के नाम से मशहूर सिद्देश अभंग के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। उन्होंने उस पर उत्पीड़न और ₹500 मांगने का आरोप लगाया। विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान, कुछ महिलाओं ने कथित तौर पर स्टेशन में मौजूद अभंग के साथ मारपीट की। महिलाओं ने यह भी दावा किया कि अभंग लोगों को प्रभावित करने के लिए राजनेताओं के साथ अपनी तस्वीरें इस्तेमाल करता था और पैसे मांगता था। उन्होंने कहा कि कथित चोरी, उगाही और मारपीट की पिछली शिकायतों पर पर्याप्त कार्रवाई नहीं हुई थी, जिसके कारण उन्होंने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। पुलिस आरोपों और मारपीट की जांच कर रही है।
