The funds will be transferred to HSIIDC for a 2.99-acre plot in Sector 2, near IMT Chowk. This move aims to end the civic body's six-year reliance on rented premises, saving approximately ₹25 lakh monthly. The new office, located near other government facilities, is expected to streamline services and grievance redressal for residents. Construction costs will be covered by the corporation's own revenue.

हरियाणा सरकार ने मानेसर नगर निगम (MCM) को अपने स्थायी मुख्यालय के लिए जमीन खरीदने के लिए ₹104 करोड़ आवंटित किए हैं। यह पैसा सेक्टर 2 में IMT चौक के पास 2.99 एकड़ जमीन के लिए HSIIDC को ट्रांसफर किया जाएगा। इस कदम से निगम को किराए के परिसर पर निर्भर रहने से मुक्ति मिलेगी, जिससे हर महीने लगभग ₹25 लाख की बचत होगी। नया दफ्तर, जो अन्य सरकारी सुविधाओं के पास स्थित है, निवासियों के लिए सेवाओं और शिकायतों के समाधान को सुव्यवस्थित करेगा। निर्माण का खर्च निगम अपने राजस्व से वहन करेगा।
