RSS-Affiliated Labour Body Opens First Kashmir Office in Pulwama

BMS, an RSS-affiliated labour organisation, has opened its first divisional office in Kashmir Valley. Located in Barsu village, Pulwama, the new office marks a significant expansion for the organisation in the region. BMS has been active in Kashmir since 2020 and currently represents 20 registered labour unions. The organisation claims to have overcome initial misconceptions about the RSS, portraying itself as pro-labour and pro-people. This move signifies an increased presence of RSS-aligned groups in the valley.

बीएमएस, जो आरएसएस से जुड़ा एक मजदूर संगठन है, ने कश्मीर घाटी में अपना पहला डिविजनल ऑफिस खोला है। पुलवामा के बारसू गांव में स्थित यह नया ऑफिस इस इलाके में संगठन के लिए एक बड़ा विस्तार है। बीएमएस 2020 से कश्मीर में सक्रिय है और फिलहाल 20 रजिस्टर्ड मजदूर यूनियनों का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। संगठन का दावा है कि उसने आरएसएस के बारे में शुरुआती गलतफहमियों को दूर कर दिया है और खुद को मजदूर-समर्थक और जन-समर्थक के तौर पर पेश किया है। यह कदम घाटी में आरएसएस से जुड़े समूहों की बढ़ती मौजूदगी को दर्शाता है।
