Released on conditional bail after being detained ahead of a 'Lehra Do Tiranga' rally in Delhi, Dipke alleged the actions were intended to scare them. He stated that the party will not retreat and will strategize further once fellow activists Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka are released from judicial custody.

CJP के संस्थापक अभिजित दीपके ने घोषणा की है कि हालिया गिरफ्तारियों और हिरासत से उनकी पार्टी डरने वाली नहीं है। दिल्ली में 'लहरा दो तिरंगा' रैली से पहले हिरासत में लिए जाने के बाद सशर्त जमानत पर रिहा हुए दीपके ने आरोप लगाया कि ये कार्रवाई उन्हें डराने के इरादे से की गई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी पीछे नहीं हटेगी और साथी कार्यकर्ताओं सौरभ दास और आशुतोष रंका के न्यायिक हिरासत से रिहा होने के बाद आगे की रणनीति बनाई जाएगी।
