Ukraine Received No Warning of Russian Missile Strikes, Says President Zelenskiy

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated that Ukraine received no advance warning from partners regarding a recent Russian ballistic missile attack. Moscow launched one of its most extensive air assaults in months, causing widespread power outages and damaging energy infrastructure. The attacks, which included numerous ballistic missiles and drones, resulted in at least ten reported fatalities across Ukraine, with specific strikes near Kharkiv and in Kyiv. Zelenskiy also highlighted delays in vital US military deliveries, expressing concern over the implementation of air defence agreements at a working level.
