Hapur Food Safety Dept Destroys 5 Quintal Adulterated Cream

The Food Safety Department in Hapur conducted a raid on a cream factory located at Kucheser Chaupla. During the operation, approximately 500 kilograms of adulterated cream, made from vanaspati, refined oil, SMP, and curd, were destroyed. The value of the seized contaminated cream was estimated at Rs 1.10 lakh. Following the destruction, the unit has been shut down, and samples have been sent to a laboratory for further testing.
