The company also saw a nearly 14% growth in grey cement volumes domestically, contributing to a consolidated sales increase of almost 19% to ₹23,295 crore. Despite rising fuel costs due to global conflicts, the cement industry experienced improved pricing, with further increases expected in the coming months. The company anticipates the full benefit of these price hikes to reflect in the third-quarter earnings.

अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट, जो बाजार में सबसे आगे है, ने सितंबर तिमाही में पिछले साल की तुलना में अपने शुद्ध मुनाफे में 21% की बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा की है, जो ₹1,501 करोड़ तक पहुंच गया है। कंपनी ने घरेलू स्तर पर ग्रे सीमेंट की बिक्री में लगभग 14% की वृद्धि देखी, जिससे कुल बिक्री में लगभग 19% की बढ़ोतरी होकर ₹23,295 करोड़ हो गई। वैश्विक संघर्षों के कारण ईंधन की बढ़ती लागत के बावजूद, सीमेंट उद्योग में कीमतों में सुधार देखा गया है, और आने वाले महीनों में और वृद्धि की उम्मीद है। कंपनी को उम्मीद है कि इन मूल्य वृद्धि का पूरा असर तीसरी तिमाही के नतीजों में दिखेगा।
