Persistent Systems Acquires Majority Stake in Nagarro

Persistent Systems' subsidiary has acquired an additional 61.15% stake in Germany-based Nagarro, bringing its total shareholding to 83.25%. This move follows an earlier agreement in June and aims to take full control of the company. Persistent Systems plans to delist Nagarro shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The acquisition is expected to be fully completed by the end of the first quarter of calendar year 2027.

परसिस्टेंट सिस्टम्स की सहायक कंपनी ने जर्मनी की नगारो में 61.15% अतिरिक्त हिस्सेदारी खरीद ली है। अब उनकी कुल हिस्सेदारी 83.25% हो गई है। यह जून में हुए समझौते के बाद हुआ है और कंपनी का पूरा नियंत्रण पाने का लक्ष्य है। परसिस्टेंट सिस्टम्स नगारो के शेयरों को फ्रैंकफर्ट स्टॉक एक्सचेंज से हटाने की योजना बना रही है। यह सौदा 2027 की पहली तिमाही के अंत तक पूरा होने की उम्मीद है।
