केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने उत्तर प्रदेश बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं से कहा है कि वे सारा गुस्सा और निराशा गोमती नदी में फेंक दें। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि केवल समर्पित पार्टी कार्यकर्ता ही जीत सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं, नेताओं की नहीं, और उनका लक्ष्य 2027 में राज्य में तीसरी बार बीजेपी सरकार बनाना है। शाह ने उन्हें 2014 के बाद से यूपी में पार्टी की महत्वपूर्ण वृद्धि की याद दिलाई, जिसका श्रेय कार्यकर्ताओं की ताकत को दिया। उन्होंने आत्मसंतोष के खिलाफ चेतावनी दी, खासकर स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों में हालिया खराब प्रदर्शन के बाद सत्ता बनाए रखने के लिए बूथ-स्तरीय प्रयासों की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
