Indian equities saw a decline on Wednesday, with the Nifty 50 closing down 77.60 points at 22,811.35, as banking stocks faced selling pressure. Several companies, including Reliance Industries, Eternal, Alkem Labs, BEL, HPCL, Swiggy, and GMDC, are expected to be in focus. Reliance Industries received reaffirmed credit ratings for its debenture and loan facilities, increasing its total rated amount. Eternal reported a significant 92.3% year-on-year increase in net profit for Q2 FY27, alongside substantial revenue growth.
