Vidyut Jammwal: Bollywood Can't Compete With Hollywood Solely On Money

Hindustan Times · entertainment

Actor Vidyut Jammwal, set for his Hollywood debut in 'Street Fighter', believes Bollywood cannot compete with Hollywood by simply spending more money. He highlights that while Hollywood invests heavily, phenomenal results stem from superior planning, professionalism, discipline, and legal adherence, not just budget. Jammwal clarified this isn't a critique of Indian cinema but a general observation that money alone doesn't guarantee quality or good conduct. He also noted that Indian action film standards have significantly improved, though Hollywood's approach is shaped by stricter legal and insurance regulations.
