Sixteen-year-old Serge Boghossian from Mississauga, Canada, has developed Jobbli, a free online platform designed to help teenagers find part-time employment. Boghossian taught himself to code, inspired by his own and his friends' struggles to secure their first jobs. The platform connects local teens aged 14 to 17 with businesses seeking young workers, addressing a gap in the market where traditional job sites often overlook younger applicants. Jobbli aims to simplify the job search for teens and provide businesses with a direct channel to reach this demographic.
