महाराष्ट्र भारत का पहला ऐसा राज्य बनने जा रहा है जहाँ ज़मीन और दूसरी अचल संपत्तियों के टोकनाइजेशन के लिए ब्लॉकचेन आधारित कानूनी ढाँचा लाया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस ने इस पहल की घोषणा की है। इसका मकसद प्रॉपर्टी के लेन-देन में टेक्नोलॉजी का इस्तेमाल करना है। इससे राज्य भर में रियल एस्टेट के काम में पारदर्शिता बढ़ेगी और धोखाधड़ी कम होने की उम्मीद है।
