Such actions disturb fellow passengers and spoil the travel environment. Offenders can now face fines of up to Rs 1,000 and may even be removed from the train. This initiative aims to make journeys more comfortable by reducing noise pollution. An awareness campaign in multiple languages will be conducted to inform passengers about the rules and potential penalties.
