Man Arrested For Stalking CISF Personnel, Snatching Phone

A man has been arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing a woman CISF personnel for weeks before snatching her mobile phone from her duty post at IFFCO Chowk Metro station. The accused, Manish Kumar, was apprehended on October 13, nearly three weeks after the incident on September 26. He had reportedly been following and harassing the officer for a considerable period. Upon his arrest, police discovered previous cases of molestation and vehicle damage registered against him in Gurgaon. Further investigation is ongoing.
