IRB InvIT Raises Rs 2,351 Crore Successfully

IRB InvIT Fund has successfully completed a significant fund-raise of Rs 2,351 crore through an institutional placement and preferential allotment of units. The total amount raised includes Rs 2,000 crore from qualified institutional placement and Rs 351 crore from preferential allotment. The fund-raise saw strong participation from both domestic and international institutional investors, including pension funds and insurance companies. IRB Infrastructure Developers also invested Rs 351 crore to maintain its stake.
