Police children's school foundation stone laid

Director General of Police C.V. Anand laid the foundation stone for the Young India Police School (YIPS) Academic Block-I at the OCTOPUS-Greyhounds campus in Manchirevula. This initiative, directed by the Chief Minister in December 2024, aims to provide quality education for police personnel's children, akin to Army and Sainik schools. The school, which began with 120 students, now has 360 and expects 700-720 next year.

पुलिस चिल्ड्रन्स स्कूल का शिलान्यास हुआ

डीजीपी सी.वी. आनंद ने मंचिरेवुला में OCTOPUS-Greyhounds कैंपस में यंग इंडिया पुलिस स्कूल (YIPS) के एकेडमिक ब्लॉक-I का शिलान्यास किया। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर शुरू हुई इस पहल का मकसद पुलिसकर्मियों के बच्चों को आर्मी और सैनिक स्कूलों जैसी अच्छी शिक्षा देना है। स्कूल में अभी 360 बच्चे पढ़ रहे हैं और अगले साल 700-720 छात्रों के आने की उम्मीद है।
