Runwal Enterprises Plans ₹500 Crore IPO

Real estate developer Runwal Enterprises is launching a ₹500 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 25 to strengthen its balance sheet and fund future growth. The IPO, a fresh issue with a price band of ₹290 to ₹305, aims to reduce the company's net debt. In FY26, Runwal Enterprises reported revenue of ₹1,798.95 crore and a net profit of ₹185.76 crore. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.

रियल एस्टेट कंपनी रनवाल एंटरप्राइजेज 25 सितंबर को अपना ₹500 करोड़ का IPO ला रही है। इसका मकसद कंपनी की बैलेंस शीट मजबूत करना और भविष्य के विकास के लिए फंड जुटाना है। ₹290 से ₹305 के प्राइस बैंड वाले इस IPO से कंपनी का नेट कर्ज कम होगा। FY26 में रनवाल का रेवेन्यू ₹1,798.95 करोड़ और नेट प्रॉफिट ₹185.76 करोड़ था। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल कर्ज चुकाने, अधिग्रहण और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट कामों में होगा।
