40 Students Hospitalised After Lizard Found in Breakfast

Forty students were hospitalised in Chennai after consuming breakfast containing a dead lizard at a government middle school near Mappedu. The students complained of vomiting and dizziness after eating kichadi served for breakfast. School staff discovered the lizard in the food and immediately stopped others from eating. The affected students were treated at Tiruvallur Government Hospital and are reported to be stable. An inquiry has been launched into the incident.

चेन्नई के पास एक सरकारी स्कूल में नाश्ते में मरी हुई छिपकली मिलने से हड़कंप मच गया। करीब 40 बच्चों ने खिचड़ी खाई और फिर उन्हें उल्टी और चक्कर आने लगे। स्कूल वालों ने तुरंत खाना बंद करवा दिया। बीमार बच्चों को तिरुवल्लूर सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहाँ उनकी हालत स्थिर बताई जा रही है। इस मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी गई है।
