AISA president Neha Bora told the Delhi High Court that she was not involved in a Cockroach Janta Party protest call, having organized a separate gathering. Her counsel argued that seeking regime change is acceptable in a democracy, countering police claims about her presence at a press conference where the phrase was used. Bora is challenging a police notice requiring her to execute a peace bond. The court heard arguments for three hours and has reserved its order, which will be pronounced on Friday.
