Germany's Digital Summit Focuses on AI Uses and Dangers

Berlin is hosting a two-day Digital Summit, focusing on advancing Germany and Europe in artificial intelligence. Over 1,000 guests, including European and Canadian digital ministers, are attending the event, which will explore AI's applications and safety. Chancellor Friedrich Merz is scheduled to speak and meet a humanoid robot developed by Neura Robotics. The summit, held for the 19th time, also sees German and UK defense ministers discussing increased AI integration in military cooperation.
