The investigation into Megaspeed, a company Alice Huang previously led, focused on allegations it aided Chinese firms in obtaining advanced Nvidia AI chips. The New York Times reported that then-President Trump was briefed a year ago but chose not to act, possibly due to economic and trade relations concerns. Nvidia stated its interactions with Megaspeed were standard customer engagement.
