Kerala Govt to Review Excessively High Land Fair Values

Kerala's Revenue Minister A P Anil Kumar announced that the state government will review land fair values fixed excessively high. This initiative is part of the government's 100-day action plan to complete inspections in affected areas promptly. The government has identified flaws in fair values set since 2010 and is collecting data on areas with both excessively high and low valuations. Complaints are being treated as appeals, with district collectors tasked with correcting errors and providing relief to landowners.

केरल सरकार अत्यधिक जमीन के उचित मूल्य की समीक्षा करेगी

केरल के राजस्व मंत्री ए पी अनिल कुमार ने घोषणा की है कि राज्य सरकार अत्यधिक तय किए गए जमीन के उचित मूल्यों की समीक्षा करेगी। यह पहल सरकार की 100-दिवसीय कार्य योजना का हिस्सा है ताकि प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में निरीक्षणों को तुरंत पूरा किया जा सके। सरकार ने 2010 से तय उचित मूल्यों में खामियां पाई हैं और अत्यधिक उच्च और निम्न मूल्यांकन वाले क्षेत्रों पर डेटा एकत्र कर रही है। शिकायतों को अपील के रूप में माना जा रहा है, जिसमें जिला कलेक्टरों को त्रुटियों को ठीक करने और भूस्वामियों को राहत प्रदान करने का काम सौंपा गया है।
