Three women journalists have lodged complaints alleging manhandling and sexual harassment by police personnel during their detention at a protest on October 3. The Delhi Police confirmed the complaints were registered and referred to the Crime Branch, requesting any relevant footage. Gandhi demanded the release of CCTV footage from Saket police station and immediate action against the accused officers, questioning the Home Minister's stance.

कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने दिल्ली पुलिस पर सवाल पूछने वाली महिलाओं को चुप कराने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने हाल ही में महिला प्रदर्शनकारियों और पत्रकारों से जुड़े मामलों का जिक्र किया। तीन महिला पत्रकारों ने 3 अक्टूबर को एक विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान हिरासत में लिए जाने के समय पुलिसकर्मियों द्वारा कथित तौर पर दुर्व्यवहार और यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकायतें दर्ज कराई हैं। दिल्ली पुलिस ने शिकायतों के दर्ज होने की पुष्टि की और उन्हें क्राइम ब्रांच को भेज दिया, साथ ही किसी भी प्रासंगिक फुटेज का अनुरोध किया। गांधी ने साकेत पुलिस स्टेशन से सीसीटीवी फुटेज जारी करने और आरोपी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की, साथ ही गृह मंत्री के रुख पर सवाल उठाया।
