Defence technology firm IPO has been heavily oversubscribed, reaching 40.82 times its offered shares by the third day of bidding. Non-institutional investors (NIIs) showed the strongest interest, subscribing 101.78 times their reserved portion. Retail investors subscribed 20.67 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 30.37 times. The ₹852.1 crore IPO, which is entirely an offer for sale, aims for a valuation of ₹4,009.8 crore at the upper price band.
