Keralam To Strengthen Epidemic Prevention With Committees

Keralam will strengthen local-level epidemic prevention through coordination committees chaired by District Collectors. These committees will be formed at the grassroots level, including local representatives and health workers, to combat diseases like dengue and chikungunya. Intensified mosquito control activities and identification of dengue hotspots are planned. The state also aims to prevent water stagnation by observing 'Dry Day' on specific days in educational institutions, workplaces, and households to eliminate mosquito breeding sources.

केरल में समितियों के साथ महामारी रोकथाम को मजबूत किया जाएगा

केरल जिला कलेक्टरों की अध्यक्षता वाली समन्वय समितियों के माध्यम से स्थानीय स्तर पर महामारी की रोकथाम को मजबूत करेगा। इन समितियों का गठन जमीनी स्तर पर किया जाएगा, जिसमें स्थानीय प्रतिनिधियों और स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं को शामिल किया जाएगा, ताकि डेंगू और चिकनगुनिया जैसी बीमारियों से लड़ा जा सके। मच्छर नियंत्रण गतिविधियों को तेज करने और डेंगू हॉटस्पॉट की पहचान करने की योजना है। राज्य का लक्ष्य शैक्षिक संस्थानों, कार्यस्थलों और घरों में विशिष्ट दिनों में 'ड्राई डे' मनाकर पानी जमा होने से रोकना भी है, ताकि मच्छरों के प्रजनन स्रोतों को खत्म किया जा सके।
