A 15-year-old Class 10 student in Ludhiana has died by suicide, allegedly due to pressure from a 25-year-old woman for a same-sex marriage. The teenager's father reported that the two met on Instagram six months ago, and the older woman relentlessly pressured her daughter, causing severe distress. Police arrested the accused on Monday evening and registered a case for abetment to suicide. Authorities are investigating if the accused had similarly pressured other girls.
