The Telangana High Court has directed the Station House Officer of Markoor police station to issue notices to 21 individuals. These individuals face charges related to sprinkling turmeric water on a road after a protest. The protest was organized by Congress activists against alleged derogatory remarks by two BRS legislators towards the Assembly Speaker. The accused sought protection from arrest, and the court ordered notices under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita.

तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट ने मार्तूर पुलिस स्टेशन के स्टेशन हाउस ऑफिसर को 21 लोगों को नोटिस जारी करने का आदेश दिया है। इन लोगों पर विरोध प्रदर्शन के बाद सड़क पर हल्दी वाला पानी छिड़कने का आरोप है। यह विरोध कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं ने दो BRS विधायकों द्वारा स्पीकर पर की गई अपमानजनक टिप्पणी के खिलाफ किया था। आरोपियों ने गिरफ्तारी से सुरक्षा मांगी थी, और कोर्ट ने भारतीय न्याय सुरक्षा संहिता की धारा 35(3) के तहत नोटिस जारी करने को कहा है।
