Hygiene Awareness Drive Launched in Flood-Hit Areas

An awareness program on hygiene, sanitation, and waste management has been launched in flood-affected rural areas of Naugachia block in Bhagalpur district. The initiative, part of the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign, aims to educate residents on proper waste segregation and disposal. Villagers are being informed about the use of four colored dustbins for different waste types and encouraged to avoid open dumping and single-use plastics. The program emphasizes collective participation to maintain clean homes and surroundings.

बाढ़ प्रभावित इलाकों में स्वच्छता जागरूकता अभियान शुरू

भागलपुर जिले के नौगछिया ब्लॉक के बाढ़ प्रभावित गांवों में स्वच्छता, सफाई और कचरा प्रबंधन पर एक जागरूकता कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया है। यह 'स्वच्छता ही सेवा 2026' अभियान का हिस्सा है। इसका मकसद लोगों को कचरा अलग करने और सही तरीके से निपटाने के बारे में सिखाना है। ग्रामीणों को चार अलग-अलग रंग के डस्टबिन के इस्तेमाल की जानकारी दी जा रही है और खुले में कचरा फेंकने व सिंगल-यूज प्लास्टिक से बचने को कहा जा रहा है।
